The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Group Managing Director is responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks.
The role involves handling sensitive information and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the Managing Director objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related disciplines.
Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
