High Level Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to sell our luxury apartments to high-net-worth individuals, families, and investors.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling high-value properties, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling luxury apartments to clients.
Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, including high-net-worth individuals, families, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct personalized property tours and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our luxury apartments.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and motivations to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, and construction teams, to ensure seamless communication and a smooth sales process.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and submit sales reports, updates, and forecasts to management on a regular basis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of the local luxury real estate market, including trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in CRM software and MicrosoftOffice applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and investors.
Knowledge of luxury real estate marketing and branding strategies.
Certification in real estate sales, such as a Realtor or Luxury Real Estate designation.
