Job Description
Construct residential and commercial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other specifications
Execution of architectural and structural drawings on a construction site.
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Ensures staff and subcontractors follow company construction, quality control and safety methods and procedures
Preparing material request and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects.
Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required with the workers on site.
Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team
Perform any additional assignment as directed by the Project Manager.
Requirements
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 10+ years relevant work experience.
