Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee Human Resources Officer to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will assist in executing HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
Employee Relations & HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist in processing employee requests regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information.
Help administer employee benefits such as health insurance and leave management.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
