Sales Account Executive

Role Overview

At Platos Health, our mission is to empower individuals and healthcare providers with proactive health monitoring solutions. We seek a Sales Account Executive who will be instrumental in expanding our pharmacy partnerships. You will generate new pharmacy leads, drive product onboarding, and foster strong relationships that result in increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

New Pharmacy Acquisition

Identify and qualify leads in the pharmacy sector.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand pharmacy needs and align solutions.
Close deals and drive new purchase orders.

Account Activation & Onboarding

Onboard newly signed pharmacies, ensuring product setup and staff training on BIA technology.
Facilitate in-store screening events to spark initial sales and build confidence.
Work with Product and Marketing teams to coordinate in-store displays that enhance brand image.

Relationship Management

Maintain a healthy pipeline, nurturing ongoing relationships with pharmacy partners.
Collect feedback from pharmacies to continuously refine product offerings and sales approach.
Ensure invoices are paid on time, collaborating with the Finance team as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product Marketing to share market insights and help refine product features.
Work closely with the Finance team to optimize payment cycles and handle any billing issues.
Communicate technical information clearly to both internal teams and external pharmacy stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Track sales metrics (e.g., new accounts, revenue growth, average invoice payment time).
Present regular reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Requirements
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
A background in biomedical sciences or engineering including pharmacy, physiology, or other related field is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline and account management.
Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, using analytics to guide sales strategies.
Understanding of sales fundamentals (ICP, buyer journeys, USPs).
Capable of creating simple but compelling sales presentations (PPT, Google Slides).
Coachability, Curiosity, and Intelligence to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies (e.g., BIA).
Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
Work Ethic and Commitment to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Proven track record of prior success in a sales environment.
