Job Summary
The successful candidate will help to drive recruitment efforts for operational roles across the organization.
The ideal candidate must have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier operational talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and company culture.
Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports
Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, job boards, and background check providers.
Analyze and enhance existing operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Academic Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations
Certification in HR e.g. CIPM, aPHRI, etc. is an added advantage.
Strong Excel and data analytics skills for reporting
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
