The Assistant Security Supervisor plays a key role in assisting the Security Supervisor with the organization and oversight of day-to-day security operations to safeguard personnel, visitors, assets, facilities, and confidential company information. Perform routine inspections of assigned areas to verify that contracted security personnel consistently fulfill their duties in accordance with the established Service Level Agreement.
Oversee shift operations to guarantee that no items exit the factory premises without proper authorization, and prevent unauthorized individuals or items from entering the facility.
Immediately report any observed security breaches occurring within the factory premises to the Safety and Security Supervisor.
Provide a warm and professional welcome to all new employees, visitors, guests, and contractors, ensuring they are courteously escorted to their designated offices or departments.
Ensure all locations maintain thorough and accurate documentation by meticulously reviewing beat registers when required, documenting observations, and providing actionable recommendations for enhancements.
Promptly address all security emergencies and prepare comprehensive situation reports, ensuring meticulous documentation of incidents and seamless transition of information during duty handovers to facilitate appropriate follow-up actions.
Collaborate with the external security provider and loading supervisors or clerks to facilitate uninterrupted vehicular traffic flow and parking operations.

Qualification
A degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management (OND) or an equivalent qualification in a related field is required.
A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a related field is required.
