Job Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Management:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Manage employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Benefits Administration and Compliance:
Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, pension, and leave policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Performance Management and Development:
Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR Operations and Administration:
Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and data analysis.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficient in HR software and systems, such as HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
Certifications:
Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or GPHR, are an added advantage.
