Job Summary

A Call Center Sales Agent, or Telesales Representative, engages in proactive telephone outreach to prospective and current clients, aiming to highlight product or service benefits, secure sales, foster ongoing customer connections, and meet predefined sales objectives. This position demands strong verbal communication, persuasive influencing, and service-oriented capabilities to effectively drive revenue and maintain client satisfaction.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including strategic planning, operational oversight, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and risk management. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of goals. Ensure customer records are consistently accurate and promptly update CRM systems accordingly.

Proactively pursue and nurture potential leads and sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Foster and sustain strong, mutually beneficial connections with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, established sales protocols, and all applicable regulatory mandates.

Partner with colleagues and leadership to enhance overall sales outcomes.

Track and measure performance outcomes using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress toward organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.

Calls handled daily with a target of 100 or more, ensuring efficient call management while maintaining high service standards and productivity levels.

Achieving a high sales conversion rate is a critical objective. This entails transforming a significant percentage of leads or prospects into paying customers through effective engagement and persuasive techniques. The role demands a strong understanding of customer needs, the ability to tailor solutions, and a relentless focus on closing deals.
