We are seeking a proactive Business Development personnel to support our growth in the dynamic energy sector.

Responsibilities
Build a sales pipeline through outbound sales efforts/cold calls
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets agreed with leadership
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outbound prospecting.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups.
Representing the company at events to expand its reach and identify opportunities.
Coordinating with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall strategy.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of the oil and gas industry is a plus.
Salary / Benefits
N130,000 / month.
