IT Support Assistant Crew Officer/Coordinator

About the job

Set up and configure new laptops and desktops.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Support and Maintain MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange.
Ensure security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops.
Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops.
Fault finding to laptops and desktops.
Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained.
Set up new users and disabling expired accounts.
Perform basic IT administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives.
Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary.

Qualifications:

HND/BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-3 years experience in IT support
knowledge of hardware and software
Relevant IT certification/ training.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Cybersecurity conscious.
