Research market trends.
Develop new strategies were necessary
Develop content ideas based on market feedback
Identify strategic partners
Develop strategic marketing documents for prospective clients
Make business presentations to prospective clients
Interface with every NC department to close partnership deals
Grow the business in terms of revenue and visibility
Contact potential partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
Manage special projects; market research and industry benchmarking
Track performance of team against quarterly KPIs.
Provide short reports and research on specific companies and market sectors, using internal and external resources.
Build and maintain database of key contacts
Person Specification
Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field
A master’s degree in business management
Media and entertainment industry experience
Competency to work with budgeting programs SAP, other tools
Proactive & entrepreneurial self-starter
Intelligence, business acumen
Ability to think strategically and “outside the box
Skilful negotiator and salesperson
Skilful/tactful influencer & team player
Highly organised, and excellent at planning and prioritisation
Knowledge of international media, online and wireless business required and strong knowledge of video and/or television business is essential
