Oversee key operational duties to ensure efficient and effective business performance, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth, optimize processes, and enhance productivity across departments. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, assess progress, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff to facilitate clear communication, align goals, and resolve operational challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.

Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies designed to meet enterprise sales objectives and drive revenue growth.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover and rank new business opportunities effectively.

Develop and nurture robust connections with essential stakeholders, such as high-level executives, key decision-makers, and influential figures.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, product development, and customer success—to drive customer satisfaction and enhance retention efforts.

Prepare and finalize intricate contracts and proposals while confirming that all terms and conditions adhere to organizational policies and applicable legal standards.

Oversee the sales pipeline, generate revenue forecasts, and deliver consistent updates to senior leadership to maintain transparency and strategic alignment.

To remain current with developments in the field, emerging technologies, and proven methodologies, and to disseminate this information effectively to team members and clients.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications: a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organizational skills. The ideal applicant will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management tools and prior experience in a leadership role are advantageous. Additionally, excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are essential for success in this position.

A degree in marketing, business administration, or a closely related field, such as a B.Sc. or HND, is required.

A minimum of three years of sales experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have sold enterprise solutions.

Achieved consistent success in surpassing established sales quotas on a regular basis.

Proven capability in designing and implementing effective sales strategies is essential.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver compelling and clear presentations.

Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and the ability to resolve complex issues through logical reasoning and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Capable of functioning autonomously as well as integrating effectively within team settings.
