The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across Acumen Digital and its products. This role requires deep expertise in the lending and fintech space, with a proven ability to design and implement strategies that generate sustainable growth while addressing the unique challenges of the African market.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or advanced certifications in growth marketing, product management, or fintech are a plus.
Experience
5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development roles within the fintech or lending space.
Proven track record of driving growth in a digital-first environment, with specific experience in African markets.
Hands-on experience with lending platforms, financial products, or payment solutions.
