Spearhead the recruitment, integration, and professional development of sales representatives to ensure high-impact sales performance.

Drive the expansion, advocacy, and reinforcement of the Advantage Connect distribution framework, ensuring its optimal performance and sustained growth within the market landscape.

Plan and evaluate weekly and monthly sales performance to guarantee consistent achievement of targets.

Consistently interact with sales connectors to deliver expert guidance, comprehensive support, and strategic field sales leadership on a daily basis.

Collaborate effectively with the AC Product Manager to identify and communicate technical issues, fostering ongoing enhancements and optimizations.

Offer strategic leadership and mentorship to drive performance and development across diverse organizational levels and franchise frameworks within the AC model.

Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Franchise Manager for review and analysis.

Diligently uphold all operational protocols, brand guidelines, and customer service benchmarks to maintain consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years of experience in retail sales, distribution, or agency management, with prior insurance industry exposure considered a valuable asset.

Exceptional leadership skills are essential, demonstrated through a proven history of successfully guiding or organizing teams.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, deliver compelling presentations, and establish strong interpersonal relationships is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.

A motivated, independent, and highly organized professional who thrives in autonomous work environments is required.

Exceptional aptitude for sales coupled with the talent to inspire, persuade, and captivate audiences.

Proficient in crafting comprehensive reports and conducting thorough analytical evaluations.
