Ensure the seamless execution and alignment of client transactions and investment portfolios with their specified mandates.
Deliver tailored financial advisory services to clients within the wealth management sector, fostering their financial literacy and empowering them to make well-informed investment choices.
Evaluate client profiles to confirm that all investments comply with established mandates, risk profiles, and risk tolerance levels.
Foster a robust sales and service culture by providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to staff members.
Contribute proactively to the formulation of budgets and performance targets aligned with the Private Banking segment, while concurrently ensuring the consistent realization of both monthly and annual objectives.
Authorizes capital and operating expenditures for the Hub in accordance with the approvals granted by the GH.
Ensure that the Hub’s operating expenses remain within the approved financial allocation.
Maintain strict adherence to a zero-tolerance policy for inactive or dormant accounts while upholding the Bank’s Information Security requirements to safeguard all entrusted information and ensure full compliance with the principles and policies outlined in the Information Security Handbook.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree with at least a 2:2 classification or equivalent is required.
While a postgraduate degree in business or a related field is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement; equivalent professional qualifications may also be considered.
Seasoned professionals with a decade or more of hands-on experience in banking or a closely aligned sector are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Asset & Wealth Management or Investment Banking constitutes a notable advantage.
Proficiency in Portfolio Management and Asset Allocation methodologies is essential for this role. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of investment strategies, risk assessment, and diversification techniques to effectively oversee and optimize client portfolios.
