We are searching for a courteous and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization’s products or services.
Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
