Job Description (Summary)
As the COO, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the firm’s core service lines, including Capital Markets, Facility Management, Property Management, and Valuations & Advisory. You will drive strategic business development efforts to grow the client portfolio while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client retention.
Operations Management:
Oversee the effective and efficient running of the firm’s core service lines and branches.
Ensure seamless integration and collaboration across Capital Markets, Facility Management, Property Management, and Valuations & Advisory services.
Client and Portfolio Management:
Manage and retain the firm’s clients and portfolio to ensure long-term relationships and consistent growth.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
Strategic Business Development:
Drive initiatives to expand the firm’s client portfolio and enhance its market position.
Leverage industry knowledge and networks to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience
A first degree in Estate Management.
An MSc in Facility Management, Estate Management, or Project Management.
A minimum of 15 years of estate management experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Extensive experience in various estate management service lines, including Property Management, Facility Management, Agency, and Valuations.
Chartered membership of professional bodies such as NIESV, ESVARBON, IFMA, or RICS.
Excellent communication skills
Sociable, professional and presentable.
Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry

Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
