Front Desk & Admin Officer – Renewable Energy (Solar)

Job Description (Summary):

As the Front Desk & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. You will ensure that the reception area operates efficiently while representing the organization professionally to all visitors and clients.

Visitor Engagement:

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and customers as they arrive.
Handle inquiries, provide information, and answer visitor questions professionally.

Phone and Communication Management:

Answer incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take messages when required.
Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly and professionally.

Appointment and Scheduling Management:

Schedule and confirm appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain organized calendars for meetings and events.

Administrative Support:

Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Ensure timely and accurate handling of all admin-related duties.

Reception Area Management:

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Monitor and ensure the availability of necessary office supplies.

Security Protocols:

Monitor visitor access, issue visitor badges, and enforce security protocols.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science or any relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a related role.
Experience in the solar industry and customer support will be an added advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on helping others.
Ability to handle multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
Effective time management and orderliness.
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling tools.
Quick and effective resolution of unexpected situations and issues.
Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Budget: NGN 150,000 – NGN 300,000 Monthly Gross (Negotiable)
