At the conceptual development phase, lead, organize, and coordinate construction initiatives while ensuring timely and cost-effective completion in collaboration with the project team.

Additionally, you will oversee budgeting, coordinate organizational efforts, execute project plans, and establish schedules by directing the activities of subordinate supervisory personnel within the business.

Oversee the full range of duties associated with the position, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and performance targets. Develop and execute strategic plans that enhance operational efficiency, team productivity, and service delivery standards. Collaborate closely with department heads to integrate cross-functional initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide leadership in managing resources, including budget oversight, staff development, and process optimization to meet evolving business demands. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to maintain transparency, address concerns, and drive collaborative decision-making.

Provide leadership and guidance throughout all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design through to final execution, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the works to determine appropriate timelines for deliverables and prepare accurate cost estimates.

Responsible for supervising all onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure strict adherence to safety regulations.

Oversee and manage the efforts of construction project managers and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide guidance on selecting appropriate work tools, materials, and equipment while overseeing and managing inventory levels.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to all contractual performance obligations.

Monitor the work progress on a daily basis and submit reports to the CEO or Executive Director.

Diligent preparation of both internal and external reports concerning job status is required.

To proactively identify potential risks and address them promptly, collaborate with the Project team to develop mitigation strategies and resolve any issues as they arise.

Analyze, oversee, and mitigate risks while reporting directly to the CEO or Executive Director.

Deliver construction projects in strict adherence to established quality benchmarks and industry best practices, employing correct methodologies and techniques throughout the execution process.

Evaluate projects to ensure adherence to established building codes and pertinent regulatory standards.

Collaborate with the team to develop and present budget estimates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals before submitting them to the CEO or Executive Director for review and approval.

Compiles detailed reports to monitor project advancement and financial expenditures, ensuring accurate documentation of progress and expenses for comprehensive analysis and decision-making.

Examine incidents of damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to verify that established procedures are being implemented correctly.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen aptitude for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, alongside exceptional organizational and time management capabilities. Demonstrated expertise in project coordination, with a track record of overseeing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with stakeholders at all levels. Adept at problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Experience in team collaboration, fostering a cooperative work environment to achieve shared objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; relevant certifications are a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building or Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline, supplemented by a certification in Construction Management, is required.
