Client Services Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Services Manager at Brands Optimal Limited located in Ikeja.
As a Senior Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and effectively addressing their needs.
You will also be responsible for leading a team of client services professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field.
Atleast 5 years cognate experience as a Client Services/Engagement Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of client service principles and practices.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
