Description
The selected candidates will be responsible for receiving our esteemed guest and will have responsibilities that include,
Make reservation and check in guests on arrival.
Greet and interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services being offered to them
Create and maintain an enjoyable atmosphere that is conducive to attract customers.
Be part of overall in-house marketing and promotion team to retain existing customers.
Work with hotel general manager to ensure that monthly revenue target for accommodation department is met and exceeded
Work with central store to control and manage inventory of food and drinks to be sold
Requirements
Must be outgoing, well-spoken and customer friendly individual
Must be young and energetic, and willing to learn
Must have previously work as a Receptionist or Cook in a hotel/lounge
Must be computer literate, knows how to use internet, and be familiar with Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram.
