Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets in the Invoice Discounting business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk, operations, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless delivery of our Invoice Discounting solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or invoice finance industry.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
Strong understanding of Invoice Discounting and its applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
