We are searching for a Marketing and Sales Executive with experience in promotions, marketing and sales of real estate development products.
Responsibilities:
Preparing proposals for new business opportunitiesÂ
Managing existing HNI accounts
Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, and catalogs.
Coordinating events such as trade shows, conventions, seminars, or product launches.
Collecting and analyzing data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes.
Developing and executing marketing strategies for real estate projects in order to boost sales and promote brand credibility.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products/services.
Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful marketing materials.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of marketing and sales experience within the real estate development industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing through social media platforms
Excellent communication skills

Strong writing and communication skills.
