Responsibilities
Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure furniture produced meet required quality specifications.
Ensure that all processes and products comply with company policies and external regulations, including health and safety standards.
Identify and resolve quality issues by working with production teams and suppliers to improve processes, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.
Train and mentor quality control staff on proper inspection and testing techniques, standards, and procedures.
Address customer complaints related to product quality, analyzing feedback to improve product consistency.
Requirement
Experience in Quality Control preferably in a furniture store or similar area.
