Responsibilities
Teach all areas of the secondary school curriculum related to Technical Drawing.
Stay up-to-date with changes and developments in the curriculum structure.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
Conduct practical sessions and hands-on activities to enhance students’ understanding of Technical Drawing principles.
Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through real-world applications of Technical Drawing.
Monitor, assess, and provide constructive feedback on students’ progress.
Prepare students for internal and external examinations, ensuring high standards of academic performance.
Collaborate with other staff members to create an engaging learning environment.
Requirements
Possess a B.Ed., B.Sc., B.Eng. or HND(with PGDE) in a related field such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Technical Drawing.
A minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experiencein teaching or related work.
Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, geometrical constructions, orthographic projections, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools.
Commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable education.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and inspire students.
Proficiency in teaching methods and educational procedures specific to technical subjects.
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to integrate practical and theoretical knowledge in teaching.
Possession of a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN)certificate is an added advantage.

Experience in preparing students for WAEC,NECO, JAMB and Technical Drawing examinations.
