Responsibilities
System Maintenance and Management: Be responsible for the daily monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance of the customer ‘s data communications network (including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.), ensuring the stable operation of the network system.
Fault Handling: Respond promptly to and resolve various issues arising from network equipment, including but not limited to network interruptions, equipment failures, configuration errors, etc., minimizing business impact time.
Network Planning and Optimization: Participate in the planning and design of network architectures, proposing network optimization schemes based on business requirements to enhance network performance and reliability.
Project Support: Contribute to network construction projects, involving the installation, configuration, debugging, and acceptance of network equipment, ensuring projects are completed on time and with quality.
Security Audits: Conduct regular security audits of the network system to ensure compliance with industry security standards and company security policies, promptly identifying and addressing potential security vulnerabilities.
Technical Training and Sharing: Participate in internal technical training to continuously upgrade personal skills; share experiences with team members to promote the overall skill level of the team.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proficient in TCP/IP protocols and familiar with the OSI seven-layer model and the working principles of each layer.
Skilled in configuring and managing mainstream network equipment (such as Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, etc.).
Possess excellent network troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly locate the root cause of issues.
Knowledgeable in network security, with experience in network security protection preferred.
Work Experience: Have at least 1 years of experience in data communications network maintenance or related fields, with experience in large-scale network projects being advantageous.
Soft Skills:
Possess good communication skills and a strong teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with different departments.
Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and adapt to occasional overtime requirements.
Be proactive, eager to learn new knowledge, and keep up with industry trends and technological developments.
Language Ability:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Education Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or related fields.
Certifications:
Holding relevant network certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Huawei HCNA/HCNP) is preferred.
