Oversee the functions of front, middle, and back office personnel to guarantee prompt and effective service delivery for Private Banking clients.

Ensure the seamless execution and alignment of client transactions and investment portfolios with the specified client mandate.

Educate clients within the wealth management sector, delivering tailored financial advisory services designed to strengthen their investment strategies.

Analyze client profiles to confirm that investments align with established mandates, risk profiles, and risk tolerance levels.

Foster a sales-oriented and service-driven culture by providing coaching, mentorship, and motivational support to staff members.

Collaborate closely in the formulation of budgets and objectives within the Private Banking sector, with a focus on securing the attainment of monthly and annual targets.

Authorized capital and operational expenditures for the Hub, as sanctioned by the GH, are diligently processed and managed.

The objective is to maintain Hub operating expenses in strict alignment with the approved budgetary allocation.

Ensure strict adherence to a zero-tolerance policy for inactive or dormant accounts, in alignment with the Bank’s Information Security standards. Safeguard all entrusted information by maintaining robust security measures and fully complying with the principles and directives outlined in the Information Security Handbook.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless operations and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in administrative support, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in office software suites. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records while supporting cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with project management tools and prior experience in a similar role are preferred.

A minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree is required.

With a minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in the banking sector or a closely related field.

Proficiency in Asset & Wealth Management or Investment Banking is highly desirable.

Skilled professionals with expertise in Portfolio Management and Asset Allocation are sought after. Candidates must possess a strong background in these areas to effectively optimize investment strategies and diversify asset holdings. Responsibilities include developing and implementing tailored portfolio solutions, conducting comprehensive market analysis, and ensuring alignment with client risk tolerance and financial objectives. Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and performance evaluation is essential for driving informed decision-making and achieving long-term investment success.

Conducting training sessions focused on Customer Profiling and Risk Assessments, this role emphasizes the development of skills necessary to evaluate client information accurately and identify potential risks.
