Human Resource Trainee

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team.
As an HR Trainee, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and HR administration.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.
Screen resumes and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Help with maintaining positive employee relations through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Assist in payroll management.
Assist in the management of employee’s compensation and benefits.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Support HR team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation records.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: No prior experience required, but internships or volunteer work in HR or related fields is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
