Inventory and Logistics Manager

Job Overview:

Msmetics is seeking a proactive individual who will oversee the planning, coordination, and management of inventory levels and logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain processes. This role is centered on managing stock levels efficiently, ensuring goods are delivered on time, and reducing costs while fulfilling the needs of both customers and the business.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales demands.
Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
Supervise and train inventory and logistics staff.
Track and evaluate inventory patterns to predict demand and minimize the risks of overstocking or understocking.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain proper documentation for inventory and logistics activities.
Utilize inventory management systems and software to track stock levels and generate reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory and logistics management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
High level of professionalism and patience in challenging situations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software) and logistics operations.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Work Hours: Mondays – Fridays (9 am – 6 pm)
