Responsibilities:
Welcome customers into the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
Assist customers in finding products that suit their style preferences and meet their needs.
Provide expert advice on fashion trends, styling, and outfit coordination.
Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product features, and promotions.
Have a thorough understanding of the clothing brand’s collections, materials, and sizing.
Educate customers on the quality and uniqueness of our products.
Suggest complementary items and upsell accessories to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
Respond to order requests via email and social media platforms.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications:
ND, HND, or BSC in any field.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Passion for fashion trends and a keen eye for style.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Hours: 5 days weekly 9 am – 6 pm.
