Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Starnet Innovations Limited’s services and to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Identify new sales opportunities, leads, and markets to expand the company’s reach.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with company goals.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
Provide timely reports on sales performance and client feedback to management.
Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tech or service industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales software.
Knowledge of tech-based solutions or IT services is an advantage.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
