About the job

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Setting sales quotas and goals.
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
