Job summary
We are looking for a highly dedicated and proactive administrative assistant who will provide administrative support to the management and staff members.
Responsibilities
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Greet and assist visitors.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Qualifications
B.Sc in any discipline
2-3 years experience working remotly as an admin assiatnt
Must have knowledge on the use of microsoft office package (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook etc)
Must have knowledge on the use of project management softwares like Asana, trello, zoom, microsoft teams, google meet etc.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Must be female
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Must have a laptop, internet router and a backup power supply
