About the Job

As the Growth and Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving the platform’s expansion and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will lead sales and marketing initiatives to grow our user base, optimize customer retention, and position the organization as a leader in the online education industry.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and execute a revenue-focused sales strategy with clear targets and KPIs.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing training, coaching, and mentorship.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Marketing & User Acquisition:

Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain users.
Manage and optimize marketing channels, including paid ads, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing.
Lead user acquisition initiatives such as referral programs, influencer collaborations, and affiliate partnerships.
Collaborate with the content team to develop impactful marketing materials.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for product innovation and improvement.
Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value.

Analytics & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance, providing actionable insights.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to the management team.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
3 – 5 years proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, ideally in online education or e-learning.
Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Proficiency in sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving growth.
