Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research on real estate market trends, demographics, economic indicators, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to identify new market opportunities, emerging property types, and investment trends.
Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Lead the development of new real estate investment models, products, or services based on research findings.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to design innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies, including prop tech solutions, to enhance business operations and customer experiences.
Provide data-driven recommendations for long-term business strategies and portfolio management.
Evaluate the feasibility of potential real estate projects, partnerships, and acquisitions.
Monitor regulatory changes and environmental factors that could impact the industry.
Manage a team of research analysts and coordinate cross-departmental research initiatives.
Foster relationships with external research organizations, universities, and industry experts.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years in research and strategy development
Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and leadership skills.
