Customer Service Representative Storekeeper

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience while interacting with customers.
Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
Process customer orders, requests, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle difficult situations and work under pressure.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries effectively.
Female candidates preferred for the role.
Must be smart, professional, and customer-oriented.
