Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle administrative tasks while creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Maximum of 1 year experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Good interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
