Student Welfare Officer: Ensures students’ physical and emotional well-being.
Health and Safety Officer: Ensures a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
Strategic Planner: Develops and implements strategic plans for the school.
Quality Assurance Officer: Monitors and evaluates the school’s quality and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Education Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience, with 3-5 years in an administrative role
Proven track record of leadership and management in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and implementation strategies
Proficiency in educational technology and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management for educational institutions
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian education system and policies
Understanding of best practices in secondary education
Familiarity with local cultural and community dynamics in Benin City and surrounding areas
Commitment to fostering a positive school culture and promoting student success
