Marketer

The Marketer at Mshel Homes Limited’s Kano branch will be responsible for promoting the company’s real estate offerings, building relationships with clients, and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies. This role involves both field and office-based activities to increase brand awareness and market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
Sales Promotion: Develop and execute sales promotion activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including advertising campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with information on available properties and assisting them through the purchase process.
Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, brochures, and the company website.
Brand Representation: Represent Mshel Homes Limited at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the Kano market.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using marketing software and CRM systems.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
