Job Summary

As our assistant, you will be responsible for high-level administrative support and ensuring efficient schedules, tasks, and communications management. The role demands a tech-savvy professional proficient in leveraging AI automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize time management.
Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Notion, Zapier, ChatGPT, Trello, or equivalent) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.
Track deadlines, manage task lists, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Organize meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Demonstrated expertise in using AI-powered tools and automation platforms.

Salary 

N150,000 – N200,000
