Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Monitor progress through regular assessments, adjusting strategies as needed to meet evolving demands. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and accountability. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to uphold integrity and mitigate risks. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing sustainable solutions.

Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for sales representatives to ensure successful sales execution.

Champion and fortify the Advantage Connect distribution model, ensuring its growth, influence, and sustained effectiveness.

To evaluate and monitor weekly and monthly sales performance, ensuring consistent attainment of established targets.

Facilitate ongoing communication with sales connectors to deliver coaching, assistance, and leadership across field sales operations.

Collaborate effectively with the AC Product Manager to identify and communicate technical issues while driving ongoing enhancements.

Offer strategic direction and mentorship to facilitate the growth and success of multi-tiered and franchise-based organizational models within the AC framework.

Compile and deliver comprehensive performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the Franchise Manager.

Maintain strict compliance with all operational procedures, uphold brand standards, and consistently meet customer service expectations.

Seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, prior experience with project management tools and a proven track record of meeting deadlines are required.

A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.

Seeking candidates with two to three years of hands-on experience in retail sales, distribution, or agency management, with insurance industry exposure considered a valuable asset.

Demonstrated experience in leading and directing cross-functional teams with a proven ability to foster collaboration and drive performance.

Strong proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.

A highly motivated and independent professional who thrives with minimal oversight while maintaining strong organizational skills is required.

Exceptional aptitude in sales coupled with a talent for inspiring, persuading, and captivating audiences.

Proficient in crafting clear, concise reports and conducting thorough data analysis.
