Job Summary
The Sales Executive will provide essential clerical, administrative, and technical support for our sales team, while assisting the GM Sales in identifying prospects, managing client relationships, and delivering necessary information to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Global Head of Sales with assigned sales and business development tasks.
Manage customer orders, liaising with logistics to ensure timely delivery per company policies.
Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas, recording action items, and compiling relevant materials.
Independently draft correspondence, confidential communications, presentations, and policy documents.
Gather and analyze customer data monthly, ensuring accuracy in customer profiles and account balances.
Collate sales data and price surveys, generating periodic reports for management review.
Qualifications
A first Degree or equivalent in Chemistry or related field
2-5 years’ sales experience in the Manufacturing industry
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
