Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across Uniccon Group’s portfolios, including technology solutions, EdTech, hospital management systems, and digital literacy. This role involves market research, sales strategy execution, client engagement, and proposal development to ensure sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy Execution
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategies for market penetration, including public and private sector engagements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
Sales, Lead Conversion & Client Relationship Management
Generate, nurture, and convert leads into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to key stakeholders, addressing their needs and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales presentations and promotional materials.
Proposal & Grant Development
Develop high-quality proposals, bids, and tender documents to secure projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for accurate submissions.
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sales activities, market conditions, and client feedback.
Product Knowledge & Expertise
Stay updated on Uniccon Group’s products and services to provide accurate and compelling information to clients.
Train and guide clients on the application of technology solutions provided by the Group.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product development and technical teams to align offerings with market demands.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development, tech sales, or a related field.
Proven ability to drive sales and generate revenue in the tech sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
A good understanding of the tech ecosystem, including EdTech and healthcare management systems, is an added advantage.
