Responsibilities and Duties:
The ideal candidate will
raise funds
develop partnerships with organizations and individuals
execute the RHM mission and vision statement
develop long term relationships with current donors while cultivating relationships with new donors
develop outreach strategies and other fundraising activities
secure financial support
run special events for donors
sustain revenue
help RHM reach their annual goals
Qualifications and Skills.
Required.
The right candidate will
possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent (HND) in business, non-profits, marketing, accounting, management, or other related fields
be a Christian
have a passion for the poor
possess digital/social media skills
possess strong interpersonal communication skills
strategic and creative thinker
have fundraising experience
reside in Ibadan or willing to relocate
pay attention to details
be able to work without supervision
be honest and reliable
Preferred
The right candidate will
have good social media skills
have marketing and/or accounting skills
have the ability to drive
