Regional Marketing Manager – Northeast Regional Marketing Manager – Northwest

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Marketing Manager for Northeast Nigeria.
The Regional Marketing Manager Northeast will be responsible for driving marketing efforts across all cities, towns, and local governments in the states within the assigned region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies aimed at sourcing new customers, increasing market share, and ensuring the company’s products are well represented in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales across multiple regions within the Northern states.
Identify and source new customers from various cities, towns, and local government areas within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive activities in the region.
Organize and manage promotional events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives to boost brand presence.
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing activities and results to senior management.
Manage budgets and ensure the effective allocation of resources for regional marketing efforts.

Qualifications
Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field from any Polytechnic or University located in the Southern States of Nigeria. (Must be a Northern Nigeria person who was educated in Southern Nigeria)

Experience:

At least 5 – 10 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the distribution of mobile phones, accessories, electricals and electronics industry.
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics in Northeast Nigeria.
Experience in sourcing customers and managing relationships in multiple locations.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Fluency in Hausa or other local languages from the Northern region is an added advantage.
Applicants should be from any of the Northeast States.
