Key Experience and Requirements
Advanced degree in research methods, social sciences, public health, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in research and evaluation, 5 of which is at leadership level.
Proven experience managing complex multi-country research in the health sector, particularly in sexual and reproductive health research, and evaluations projects which includes sampling, research training, budgeting and strong proficiencyin data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presenting to diverse audiences.
Experience working with local and international stakeholders, including donors and government agencies.
