We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper/Financial Advisor to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and supporting decision-making processes.

Requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and payroll.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently and accurately.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies promptly.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation and filing.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop budgets and forecast financial performance to support strategic planning.
Provide advice on cost reduction, revenue optimization, and financial growth strategies.
Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and financial risks.
Collaborate with management to set financial goals and develop actionable plans.
Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
Maintain secure and organized financial documentation.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAN) is an advantage.
Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial advisory roles.
Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and practices.
