Finance and Administrative Manager

Responsibilities:

Finance: Manage all financial aspects of the school, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, and financial reporting.
HR: Oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Transport: Manage the school’s transportation department, ensuring safe and efficient transport for students.
Maintenance: Supervise general maintenance of the school facilities, including upkeep, repairs, and preventative measures.
General Administration: Manage all administrative tasks, including communication, data management, and office operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proven HR expertise, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
