Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our products. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, market trends, and competitors
Define and prioritize product features and requirements
Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to develop and launch new features
Develop and manage business cases and ROI analyses for product initiatives
Work closely with our data analytics team to inform product decisions with data
Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders and executives
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the insurance or fintech industry
Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data analysis and interpretation
Nice to Have:
Experience with mobile app development and launch
Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulations
Experience with design thinking and user-centered design principles
